Sticker Decor provides copying of stickers and symbols, photo decorating (stickers, text, decorating materials, brushes, filters, mosaic, and blur), frames, stickers made from your own photos, Decorate Together rooms and room chat, and Chat Corner.
Some features can be used without signing in; Decorate Together, Chat Corner, and favorites require an account.
Decorate Together rooms
Decorate Together rooms can be public rooms or code-only rooms, and rooms are code-only by default. Users who have not received an invite code can also join a public room.
The room host can remove waiting participants from the room.
When a room is completed, the finished work is saved automatically to each participant's Archive on their device, and the photo of the completed room on our servers is deleted automatically after 30 days.
Account
Only people aged 14 or older can sign up.
You are responsible for managing your own account, and you must not transfer or lend it to anyone else.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings > “Delete Account.”
User responsibilities
Do not post content that infringes the rights, personal information, portrait rights, or copyrights of others.
Do not post illegal, harmful, discriminatory, hateful, or promotional content, or interfere with the operation of the service.
Do not spam (send the same or meaningless messages repeatedly in a short time).
Inappropriate content may be removed without prior notice in accordance with our operating policy.
If text that other people can see (Chat Corner and room chat messages, room titles, nicknames, and text in Decorate Together, including text on decorating materials) contains banned words, it may be blocked before it is sent, or hidden automatically after it has been posted.
The operator sets the banned words based on profanity, derogatory, hateful, and sexual expressions, and may change the list when needed.
To prevent spam, we record the time each message is sent and may limit sending if you send too many messages in a short time.
Report handling: When a user reports a message or another user, the operator is notified by email. The operator reviews the report (reason, target, and message), hides or deletes the content, and suspends use of the service if needed.
We apply a zero-tolerance policy to inappropriate content and abusive users.
We review reports within 24 hours and take action such as removing content or suspending use of the service.
Suspension: If you violate the operating policy, the operator may suspend your use of the service for a fixed period or permanently. We record the reason and period of the suspension and keep this record, even after the suspension ends, for the period needed to respond to disputes.

When you block another user, their messages and reactions no longer appear on your screen.
Content and changes to the service
Rights to content belong to the user, and the operator processes it only to the extent needed to provide the service and keep it safe.
Every participant can save a photo finished together in Decorate Together. Even after you delete your account, the stickers, text, and drawings you added remain in the room under the name “Deleted user,” and are deleted when the room is automatically deleted.
