How to Delete Your Sticker Decor Account

You can delete your account and the service data linked to it with “Delete Account” in the app settings.

Deleting the app is not the same as deleting your account

Your account remains even if you delete the app. To delete your account, you need to do it in the app settings.

Open the Settings tab in the app.
Tap “Delete Account” at the very bottom.
Once you confirm it's you (re-authentication with a recent sign-in), your account is deleted right away.

Account information: email address, nickname, profile photo, consent records, notification tokens and notification settings
Favorites and folders, recent usage history, block list
Messages you posted in Chat Corner
Decorate Together chat messages and reactions are deleted. In unfinished rooms, your participation information and uploaded photos are removed, and rooms you host are closed. Completed rooms retain shared photos, participant uids, and layers with your nickname cleared until the existing 30-day retention period ends.
Reports you made (in Chat Corner and Decorate Together rooms), and inquiries you sent with “Send Feedback” and their replies
Inquiries you sent with “Advertising & Partnerships”
Notifications saved in the in-app notification inbox
Your nickname in notifications left in other people's notification inboxes (such as reaction notifications)
The Archive (including finished Decorate Together works), My stickers, and drafts of that account stored on the device you used to delete your account

Stickers, text, decorating materials, and drawings you added in Decorate Together are part of a photo finished together, so they remain in the room. Your nickname is changed to “Deleted user,” and they are deleted when the room is automatically deleted.
Records of reports other people made about you may be kept separately for the period needed to handle reports and respond to disputes. Suspension records may also be kept for the period needed to respond to disputes after the suspension ends.
Error analysis records (Firebase Crashlytics) are deleted automatically after 90 days, regardless of account deletion.
The Archive, My stickers, and drafts are kept on the device separately for each account. They stay on the device after you sign out and appear again when you sign back in with the same account. Deleting your account deletes them from the device you used to delete it; those stored on other devices are deleted when you delete the app there.
Even if you do not delete your account, Chat Corner messages and old Decorate Together rooms are deleted automatically under the “Automatic deletion” rules in the Privacy Policy.
Deleted data cannot be recovered. If you can't sign in to the app or have trouble deleting your account, email zorleno.co@gmail.com from the email address you signed up with.
